ALEXANDRA M. LIPPERT
Senior Accountant
Ali has over 4 years’ experience in tax and accounting. She provides bookkeeping services for business clients using QuickBooks, is involved small business and individual tax preparation as well as tax planning services throughout the year. She has been working with Alan and Garry since 2018.

Ali graduated from Wayne State University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a concentration in Mathematics. She then graduated in 2017 from UMUC with a Master of Science degree for Accounting and Financial Management. She is currently in the process of taking the exams to become a Certified Public Accountant.

GARRY W. COINTOT, CPA
Partner Emeritus
Garry has over forty years experience as a CPA having worked as a Partner/Manager at McDonald Cointot Crouse LLP for twenty-eight years, as a Senior Manager at a large regional CPA firm in Rochester, NY for eight years, and as a Supervisor/Senior Accountant at a medium-size CPA firm in Binghamton, NY for six years. He has extensive experience in tax planning, and compliance for business, individual, and trust accounts, as well as experience in financial reporting, and internal control analysis and evaluation. In addition to his public experience, Garry spent three years in the general accounting department of Bausch & Lomb, a Fortune 500 company. He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology (R.I.T.) with a Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree.

Over the years, Garry has been involved in the Rochester Area Chapter of the New York State Certified Public Accountant's where he served as chairperson of the Community Service Committee, a member of the Rochester Technology and Manufacturing Association, and a member of The Networking Referral Group of Rochester (NRG).

Garry currently resides in Perinton, NY with his wife Sue and enjoys playing golf.

ALAN E. RICH, CPA
Partner
Alan has twenty two years experience in business as a CPA, having worked as a partner heading the Tax and Business Valuation departments in large regional CPA firms in Rochester, NY, and now has his own practice; Alan Rich, CPA. He is a 1995 graduate of Ithaca College with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting.

Alan has developed a well-known reputation as an expert in Business Valuation and Litigation support services, Ownership Transition Planning and Execution, Company Transaction Representation, Sales Tax Consulting and Audit Representation, and Federal and State Research & Development tax credit studies.
